Most of us start our mornings rushing—scrolling our phones, checking emails, running out the door. But a calm morning shapes the entire day. Here’s the ritual I’ve been practicing:
One minute of deep breathing to wake my mind gently.
A glass of warm water instead of immediately reaching for my phone.
Five minutes of intention-setting—just asking myself, “What would make today a good day?”
A slow breakfast, even if it’s just toast or fruit, eaten without multitasking.
The ritual takes less than ten minutes, but it transforms my day. Simplicity is powerful.
